Detroit-born vocalist Ashton Nickolas Moore brings a musical perspective shaped by a career that has taken him from his hometown to stages and musical communities around the world. Rooted in the rich musical tradition of Detroit’s west side, Moore’s journey eventually carried him across the Pacific to Japan, where years of living and performing in the Tokyo area expanded both his repertoire and his approach to live performance. After years of performing abroad, Moore brings those experiences home to Detroit with a sound that is unmistakably rooted in where he began, yet informed by everywhere music has taken him.
