bandleader/composer Duncan McMillan’s new CD is “Room with a View.”
A labor of love, Duncan began the process in 2004, and has been fortunate to document this music with musicians who collectively represent important relationships in his life – both as individuals and as musicians.
“Room with a View” is an audio portrait of how he sees and experienced the world. Each song has a point of origin, with many compositions based upon standard forms or recordings that have inspire him as a student of Music and The History of Jazz Organ.
