Joan Belgrave is a vocalist, composer, concert producer and an internationally travelled professional. She commands the stage with a powerful vocal style. As a lead member of the Motown Legends gospel choir, her Soulfulness oozes out in every note be it Jazz, Blues or anything else she wants to sing. Here, at Cliff Bells she is partnered with Ibrahim Jones on Bass, Alex White on Drums, and Ian Finkelstein on piano. She is Fresh off of tour with a show at Wynton Marsalis’s Dizzy’s Club Coca Cola at Jazz at Lincoln Center, NY & a stellar show in Philadelphia honoring her late husband, Marcus Belgrave.
