MSU Community Music School-Detroit: Spartan Youth Jazz Programs
Spartan Youth Jazz is an after-school program for middle and high school students. It provides high-quality music education from professional Detroit musicians, educators, and entrepreneurs. Classes and rehearsals focus on jazz improvisation, music history, music composition and transcription, combo playing, and big band playing.
