Daniel Meinecke Ensemble

Daniel Meinecke is a Toledo native pianist who spent years in Detroit and now lives in New Orleans. He returns to Cliff Bell’s to present his latest project: The Daniel Meinecke Ensemble. He was a recipient of the 2016 New Voices Award from the Detroit Jazz Festival for his music inspired by experiences in Panama and creating music with the great Danilo Perez. Mr. Meinecke will present this concert in a trio format featuring great Detroit musicians Nate Winn on Drums and Rocco Popielarski on Bass.
