Led by Detroit jazz artist and educator Sean Dobbins, the MSU Spartan Teen Jazz is a program that provides high-quality music education outside of the normal school day to youths in middle and high school. Classes focus on jazz improvisation combo playing and big band playing. Perfmances by combos as led by Rayse Biggs, Steve Wood, Marion Hayden, Scott Gwinnell, & also the Spartan Youth Jazz Big Band.
